Ms. Jaswant, an LL.B. (Hons) graduate from Wolverhampton, was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on April 2, 1998, after completing the Certificate of Legal Practice. She began her legal journey in the chambers of Messrs Syarikat Sivam before joining our firm as a Legal Assistant in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Her dedication and skill quickly led to her becoming a partner, a position she has held ever since. Ms. Jaswant Kaur is currently responsible for overseeing employment disputes, and she also provides in-house legal advisory services to our corporate clients and offers counsel to professional disciplinary boards.
